old take part in a fun fitness & skills focused class using
boxing and kickboxing strikes.
Kids will learn punches and kicks to use on the heavy bag or on mitts with instructors.
Each portion
of the class is educational and will challenge the kids to push
themselves in physical fitness, balance and more

$25 and includes a boxing glove rental for the day. If you have
