Liquid Motion® is a movement methodology that teaches you how to create seamless, fluid transitions with an emphasis on grounded, intentional movement. In this floor-focused workshop, you’ll explore techniques that help you glide, roll, and flow across the floor using sensual pathways, weight transfers, and body-awareness drills that build strength, control, and fluidity.
