In this series, we will explore the Katonah Yoga lens, deepen skill, integrate breath and body, link metaphor & alignment, and culminate with  personal insight and integration. Expect to learn more about your body through the repeating process of 1) stability, 2) capacity, and 3) vision. Each session will include physical asana, Katonah theory, and pranayama (breath work). The practice is a communal practice where everyone is supported by the group through a sometimes difficult-to-stay-in asana practice that also supports the development of your tenacity. 

$125 for the 5 weeks series but series can be prorated for those signing up after the first session. Students with memberships recieve a discount!
