In this workshop, you will participate in a short guided meditation, learn the history of this intentional jewelry piece, gain knowledge about the different energetic properties of gemstones and see how mala’s can be incorporated into your meditation practice and everyday life. 

 

Lynnea will then guide you through the therapeutic process of tying knots to construct your very own traditional 108 mala necklace. Mala making is a perfect skill to learn for creating personal and custom gifts. There will be 15 different gemstones to choose from. Join us for this night of creativity, knowledge, community and of course some adult beverages. All skill levels are welcome!
