Vinyasa Deconstructed: Exploring The Fundamentals of Flow

“Vinyasa” is a word that is thrown about in the yoga world quite casually and attached to the expectation that we should already know what it means when we enter a yoga class.

That can feel scary, and ideally it shouldn’t.  

Vinyasa Deconstructed is a workshop designed to learn how to better move the body as a response to the breath, and to uncover the inner workings of sun salutations and fundamental yoga postures. Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for a long time, or not too long at all, our explorations will shed new light on how you identify with a flow-based practice.
