Description

Have you heard how great the practice of yoga is? Have you been wanting to try it, but not sure where to start? Have you been nervous about walking into a yoga studio and not know what to expect or what to do?

This workshop series is designed for those with a little less mobility, who desire to increase strength and flexibility. Yes, this workshop is the perfect fit for you!

This Workshop will begin on the first Saturday of the month at 4-5:30 pm.

  • Included in this workshop series are the following three 7:30 am Basics class, on Saturdays after the the start date.
  • Ongoing team support in our private facebook group where we will share information, tips, hold each other accountable, and within a positive and safe community!

What to Expect in this Workshop

  • Learn Basic Postures and lines of engagement used in a typical class setting for physical empowerment and increased range of motion.
  • Learn Breathing and Meditation techniques for the reduction of stress.
  • How to Incorporate Yoga practices into your everyday life
  • A fun approach and light hearted approach to change your body, your mind and yes, your life, too!


There a so many ways in which yoga can create change for the better in your day to day life but for change to occur we must start from the Beginning. Join us in the transformation!
