Two Hearts Yoga is excited to announce a brand new 8 week class series, Amba Movement for Women Workshop taught by Renee Begley! Every Tuesday evening from 7pm - 9pm starting February 5th-March 26th. 

 

In this 8 week series you will be joined by like minded women who are looking to connect more deeply to the nature of their bodies and essence. We will also connect with each other by supporting one another during our sharing circle. 

 

Amba classes include: Tea time, sharing circle, fluid movement, embodied feminine yoga, dance, hands on assists, partnering, and deep nourishment meditation to connect to the earth. Amba classes incorporate the moon cycles, and the 5 elements of nature. 

 

This Series will be held with the utmost respect and support, no drop ins will be allowed during the scheduled time. This series is perfect for ANY body.
