Join other people who live, work, and/or play in Springfield for this month’s themed Springfield Social - the Yoga Social! Relieve stress, reduce tension & feel more relaxed. Join Benjamin Wilkinson for a one hour beginner-friendly mindful yoga class suitable for all ages and experience levels. Yoga will start at 5:45PM, but please arrive 10-15 minutes early so everyone can get set up and ready to start by then. Mats provided at the studio, but bring your own if you prefer. Class is free! Everyone is invited to join in going out for food and drinks at a downtown Springfield venue after yoga!
