Learn about chakras (energy centers) and how they work in your body and during yoga practice to help create balance in your life! We will help you demistify the sublte body, reiki and the chakra system so you uplevel your yoga and mindfulness in a subtle yet powerful way. You will leave feeling energized with clarity and a more powerful connection to how you feel in your own body.

This workshop includes:
-Intro to Chakras and Reiki
-Gentle yoga to activate energy and chakra awareness
-Energy tribal dance party!

This workshop is 2 hours and open to all-levels of yogis and the public. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Bring a journal if you'd like to take notes. Wear any comfortable clothing to move, bend, and twist. 

You will learn from TWO teachers: Elaine Buz, Reiki Master and Holistic Life Coach, and Victoria Privette ERYT-200 and owner of Victory Power Yoga.
