Description
We have all been angry at one time or another, but have you truly let go of that anger or are you holding on to just a little bit of “justified” anger. Is it keeping you from experiencing peace in everyday life?
What is at the root of anger? Where does anger live? We
will explore these topics and others by discussing how to transform
your anger by recognizing it and identifying how it affects you and
others. You will be given pearls of wisdom so that you may
transform your anger in order to have a peaceful and enjoyable
life.
