This series is all about rising to change. Sparking change requires making a decision. If you are pondering about the potential change you would like to make or you have already decided on a change that needs to be made. A framework is necessary to facilitate this change.

This class will give you the framework through setting an intention, flowing through the class asana (postures), in-class modifications, breathwork, and quiet meditation.

Join Tiffany and Supreme Peace Yoga on Tuesday & Thursday mornings for this 6-week 12 class series. Each is a one-hour class starting promptly at 6:00 AM and ending just as promptly at 7:00 AM to start your day off right!

No sweating involved for many. However, practice is designed to energize you for the day.
