Do you dread gymnastic skill days? or, maybe you LOVE to work on gymnastics skills! Does going upside down or swinging from the bar or rings make you nervous? Or, maybe you LOVE swinging on the rings and hanging from the bar!

This 8-week Gymnastics Development course is for you, regardless of experience with gymnastics! Whether you're just starting out, or looking to do your first muscle up, this focus course is designed to improve upper body and core strength, skill technique, and body awareness. This class is meant for all levels and abilities and will leave all participants feeling stronger and more confident in their gymnastic skills.

What to Expect:

Each class will feature a full body warm-up, using therabands to help prepare the wrists and shoulders. We will incorporate core and body awareness, hollow/arch hold and rolling to prepare for that day's skillwork.

Each class will have three parts to focus on the following Skill Work:

A. Positional strength: static holds/body awareness/strength

B. Dynamic Strength: breakdown of skills
