Description
We will cover safe ways to sequence yourself into awareness and the basic truth that is gravity. Your asanas will expand in so many ways. There's no cheating this. This is not a beefcake workout for mass or getting all “swole” this is to align and fortify our practice and learn to feel what you already know.
I learned this work in a moment where I was training with people that spoke little to no english. I learned more about how to experience the basic fundamentals of practice through this work than any batch of wordy theoretical teaching.
Tap into gravity... it's a great tool
We will cover pushing, pulling, stacking, spine flexing, curling, hoops and spirals, as well as how to move under load.

Standing Triangle and Warrior poses
Opening and strengthening shoulders, back, legs
Swinging, curling, squatting, and the ole “hot potato”
Self care- aka “Kettlecare” I just made that up.
Seated poses and flowing with weight
Tapping into the mindset of learning to Feel not Achieve.
Special Instructions
I have kettlebells here, but you can bring your own... just remember that if you lift 30 kilos... you will probably start off with 10 kilos here. I want you to be safe and find a new attitude within our goal setting. This isn't about numbers, it's about awareness and feeling subtlety.
