Who: People who want to energize, cleanse, purify, uplift and reconnect their entire being to a state of maximum balance. No experience necessary, beginners welcome.
Bring: Journal, yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster (we will be lying down for over an hour and want you to be comfortable).
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, part community building and part consciousness altering. The experience moves stuck emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and sadness. It can help you to find a home in your body and your heart and help you learn to trust yourself. It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.
Breathwork can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and trauma, connect you to your intuition, help you access your creativity and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love. It is a self-healing practice that has changed lives and is an efficient and effective way to emotionally detox.
