In this workshop, we will briefly discuss the concept of prana as the source of energy and power within us all, and then deep dive into techniques on how we may incorporate this concept into our daily (Pranayama) practice.
Learn how to bring calm and stillness to your breath, so you may practice with a meditative flow. We will be ending the evening with a short-guided meditation, so lots of deep belly breaths... to start your week off right.
Dress comfortable for light-movement and a guided meditation.
