Join Bita Bitajian, a Naturopathic doctor, advanced Ayurvedic practicioner, mindfulness and meditation teacher and yogi for an evening seminar on how to live in tune with the world around you and so doing improve your health and wellbeing.
Yoga is the ancient path of preparing the body and mind for the eventual liberation and enlightenment of the soul. Ayurveda is the ancient art and science of keeping the body and mind healthy so that individuals can pursue the goals in life that they have set for themselves. Ayurveda is much more than dietary principals; it is the science of understanding how we interact with our environment and how to alter our lifestyle and diet in such a way that it is harmonious with the nature within and around us. Ayurveda addresses our entire lifestyle including exercise and Yoga, seeing each individual's path toward perfect health as a unique path, hence it can help us to understand which Yoga postures, pranayama, mudra is best for each individual seasonally.
