Are you ready to get your hips over your head? In this 5 week series you will learn skills and gain strength to get you upside down on the pole. We will look at a few different entries and exits of inversions. 

PRE-REC

Beginner Pole and Dance Series 1.0-3.0. 

Proficient in beginner spins and climbs or instructor approval.  

Dress in layers as always but you will need pole shorts.
