Description
- Designed for participants diagnosed with Autism, ADD/ADHD and various cognitive and development delays
- A one-of-a-kind program that blends together various dance styles including jazz, hip hop, zumba, creative and free movement exploration while igniting all the senses with the use of props, imagery, partner work, choreography, heavy work activities and visual supports offering participants the opportunity to let loose and express freely then calm and quiet the body and mind through yoga and relaxation at the end of every class.
