Meridian system of the body. Meridian Yoga allows you to access a
more subtle connection to your anatomical functions. Drawing
awareness to internal meridian (energy) lines, allows Qi, life
force, to move fluidly in/around/through your Self. A scientific
sequence designed to awaken the senses of connection throughout
your entire body and subtle awareness of your internal functions.
This class is designed to mindfully challenge you, to access new
connection to your body and movement. 2 hour Vinyasa style class,
meridian stretching & pranayama

E-RYT 200, RYT 500 certified instructor, Sydney received her advanced 300 hr training, specializing in Chinese Meridians, Acupressure, anatomy, pranayama, Meridian Yoga & emotional integration.
She believes each individual holds the keys to their own awakening, and these practices are a vehicle to the activation within.
Sydney’s classes are sequenced intentionally to draw your awareness closer inward. You can expect a focus on breath, bandhas, drishti, balance, flexibility, and strength. She has a passion to lead group meditations, pranayama sessions, Vinyasa, yin & restorative classes.
