Come on out for a night filled with festivities fit for any ghoul or guy! Come dressed to share a Buti yoga practice, but also share your Halloween spirit. We'll be treated (not tricked!) by the sound's of DJ Fluff while we move and breath and then celebrate! Spooky Spirits and Halloween themed snackies will follow. 

Buti yoga fuses power yoga, cardio intensive tribal dance and body sculpting primal movement. This is a fast-paced practice. Practitioners should know a handful of yoga poses in order to move with the pace of the class. Music accompanies each class, allowing you to get lost in movement.
