Times are shifting, literally. To celebrate, we’ll kick off the AcroYoga TIME WARP TANGO.

Learn first-hand how to easily execute stunning AcroYoga moves to show off your brilliance.

Open to all fitness levels, you’ll learn to cultivate trust and connection while you smile from the joys of working in partnership. Best if you have some basic yoga experience as well as a willingness to explore the possibility of letting the TIME WARP take your imagination beyond the mundane. We’ll fly, base and spot keeping everyone safe. A delicious guided Thai Bodywork exchange will round off your experience. We think it’s certain to make you want to remain in this TIME WARP TANGO state.

Come on your own, with a partner, bring friends… the more the merrier.

About the Instructor:

Linda Mittel believes in creating a playful atmosphere, cultivating grace and receptivity, while fostering a lively mix of training embodied movement technique and connection. She will warn you that AcroYoga is ADDICTIVE. She loves bringing people together in play.

Linda holds Level 2 certifications in AcroYoga and Thai Yoga Bodywork from AcroYoga Int’l and has a background in dance. She's most recently certified in AcroFit. Linda is a Medical QiGong Therapist and 22nd generation lineage-holder. In 2012, she began leading these specialized classes/workshops and joined the staff at Om Factory Yoga (NYC). Coaching whether one on one, in small groups, corporate workshops or at festivals in the US, Latin America and Europe, she’s fueled by provoking smiles, personal growth and satisfaction all around… and certainly enjoys seeing people light up.
