Connect to your most chill Self in this evening of deep rest and relaxation. Slow flow yoga will be followed by a guided yogic sleep practice (aka- Yoga Nidra). Seasonal tea and light snacks will be provided after the practice to help you integrate back into the real world. Wear comfortable clothes (or pajamas) and a bring a blanket to cover yourself as you drift into a state of pure bliss.
