Description
TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS have been used for centuries for healing
and meditation. They create a range of sounds and restore vibratory
frequencies by balancing stagnant, excessive, or constrained
energies of the body, mind, and spirit.
The hour includes a guided meditation and deep rest that can
restore your energetic center giving way to a feeling of
regeneration and renewal. The singing itself is about 30 to 45
minutes followed by 10 minutes of silence. During the meditation,
the healer might intuitively place a bowl or two on a person to
balance their energy. Then we will take our time to come back and
debrief our experiences if there is interest. Make sure to leave
yourself enough time for the full experience, arrive a few minutes early, and stay through
the end.
All are welcome.
HEALER NANCY DURAND LANSON was introduced to meditation when she
was 17. At 18 she went to see Gurumayi from the Siddha yoga path
for an intensive in Italy and was given “Shaktipat”. She’s
practiced meditation, mindfulness, and active listening for 25
years. Nancy became a healer certified with Reiki, E.I.T, and
Tibetan bowl singing.
Nancy is also the well-loved “Soaptivist” and owner/founder of
Ancestral French Soaps. Nancy revived a sixteenth-century recipe
which originated from Spain, France, and Italy in the Mediterranean
region to create her signature beautiful, vegan, waste-free, and
organic soaps including body bars, all-purpose soap, shaving soap,
and shampoos.
