In this masterclass students will:

• Explore the different facets of love
• The power of doing self-work and its healing ability to create wholeness
• Be introduced to the art of sacred listening – listening to the heart
• Discuss how moving in rather than moving out is the pathway to freedom
• Explore the things we use to sabotage moving inward towards love
• Practice restorative yoga to introduce the importance of loving self-care
• Discuss and practice meditative concepts that supports movement inwards
• Receive a personal mantra to use for daily meditation
