Join us for a 30 day Meditation Challenge for the month of
We'll kick off the challenge with a Meditation Workshop on 12/1 to help get you started on the right foot with various meditation styles, how to use matra and malas, and some pranayama (breathing) exercises to help calm your body and mind before meditation.
As the season changes, and we head into the end of the year and what might be a stressful time for many people, December is the perfect month to start a new calming and grounding practice. 4 weeks of meditation and you’ll be more centered and calm when gathering with friends and family through the holidays.

We will be offering up the studio for free open meditation times to help encourage and support your commitment.
