Description
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Perfect for the aspiring yogi or the yogi who wants to renew and
review the practice. During the six weeks not only will the poses
be taught, but also the tradition, philosophy, breathwork,
meditation, and other components of the practice that balances and
unites body, mind and spirit. You’ll also be introduced to other
styles of yoga and learn to create your own personal
practice.
Six week series begins Sunday, January 5, 2020
2:00pm - 4:00pm - 15 spaces available
Sessions: Jan. 5, 12, 19, 26, Feb. 2, and 9
Early Registration Closes Monday, December 30, 2019
Fees:
$200 Early Registration (series only) thru 12/30/19
$220 Late Registration beginning 12/31/2019
Registration includes Discount Coupon for Props (mats, bags,
straps, blocks, bolsters) and Special Discounted Class Pass.
Pre-Registration and Payment Required
Regular Weekly Class Passes do not apply. Current Class Pass dates
can be extended for 6 weeks for any holder wishing to take series
instead.
