Bring a yoga mat, your water bottle for proper hydration, a notebook for your record keeping, comfortable clothing for practice and any supportive seating props that help you to be more comfortable.  

The studio is located in a residential neighborhood.  Program begins at 9am.  The electronic gate opens at 8:40am.  Please be mindful to not bring coffee or other non-water beverages/food into the studio.
