This workshop will give you the “tool box” to create positive change in your life and help you manifest the destiny that YOU desire.

Ask yourself: Do I feel stuck? Surrounded by negativity? Come and learn to create positivity in your life. During this workshop, participants will leam to understand what stress is and how stress can prevent us from creating change.

Participants will leam techniques to:
alleviate stress
cleanse the negative energy of a room
remove negativity from one's own energy field
manifest change from within
re-frame thought processes and also have fun in the process

Students will learn the proper use of drums. crystals, affumations. mantra and visual manifestation to help create change.
Students will take home a •positivity box•.

This class is led by Karen Cote ,BS, RMT, CHT

Karen Cote operates The Well Sanctuary Bristol. CT. She has a BS degree in teaching fiom
Southern CT State University and post grad work WIS done at Central CT Stale University. She has studied to become a Shamanic Minister of The Circle of the Sacred Earth based in Melrose. MA. Karen additionally is a hypnotherapist certified through 1hc American Board of Hypnotherap ,is certified for hospice work through The Twighlight Brigade and has been part of Bristol Home Care and Hospice Agency for over 16 years. She is a  Shinpiden Level  Usui Reiki Master /Teacher and Karuna Rciki Master/Teacher and a member of The Intemational Association of Reiki Professionals and is a Shr Jye of Tai Chi Chaun and Qi Gong.
