Our overnight retreats include all of the amazing experiences we offer in our day program, plus a chance to create an even deeper experience for our attendees. Once the evening unfolds, relationships are created, discussions deepen, and group coaching or as we call it “girl talk” unfolds naturally. These fireside discussions are some of the most powerful lessons we teach. 

In addition to our activites, cooking, and wellness program, we also include a half-day professional ropes course event. The girls will learn teamwork, courage, and focus, as well as build self-esteem through out this process.

The overnight camp includes accommodations, hot breakfast, organic smoothies, lunch, dinner and snacks, a ropes course event, all fitness classes, art supplies, and spa products.

Spaces fill up fast! We recommend you reserve your space before April 1st. Our camps size is very small. Our groups are just 16 girls each week.
