An overnight girls adventure at a serene resort in Long Point, Ontario! This is truly one of our most unforgettable weeks at camp and an incredible opportunity for her to deepen her relationship with other girls and immerse herself in an environment that empowers her to see her inner strength and beauty, all while making life-long memories.
Our overnight retreats include all of the amazing experiences we offer in our day program, plus the bonding of an overnight experience, professional ropes course, star gazing and fireside chats. These fireside discussions are some of the most powerful moments at camp. In addition to our full day of activities, and wellness program, we also include a half-day professional ropes course event. The girls will learn teamwork, courage, and focus, as well as build self-esteem throughout this process.

Dates: August 1 - 5 (Monday check in 5:00 pm, Friday night party 6:00 pm)

The overnight camp includes cabin accommodations, hot breakfast, organic smoothies, lunch, dinner and snacks, a ropes course event, all fitness classes, art supplies, and spa products.

If Provincial guidelines prevent us from holding in-person camp, your daughter will have the option of a credit for future programs, or receive a refund. Credits can be used towards any future camp, after-school program, or coaching session.
