This gentle Hatha Yoga Workshop is an opportunity to put some time aside for yourself, to focus on letting go and to strengthen the connection of the body and mind. We will use this time to calm our thoughts, stretch and relax our bodies and restore our sense of well-being.
The Yoga Workshop will begin with a practice to centre the body and mind and connect to our breath. We will use yoga asanas to release tension, concentrating on postures that open our chest and heart centre and cultivate a sense of becoming more open, on a physical, mental and emotional level. The workshop will close with a long relaxation.
