Description
Learn the fundamentals of Kundalini yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, in this 4 week series led by Mindy Searcey. Kundalini Yoga uses a series of kriyas (postures/sequences), breathing techniques, meditations and mantras to help students experience greater strength and flexibility, emotional balance and spiritual elevation.

Please note: It is recommended to wear white while practicing Kundalini to achieve better results, but it is not required.
The color white expands the aura and protects from negative projections, deflects negativity, helps lift depression/uplift mood, and teaches one to be more graceful in one’s environment by heightening awareness of one’s surrounding.
