Join Chris and Rachel for an evening of deep relaxation and inner healing featuring quartz crystal singing bowls!

During this 90-minute escape, we will harness the combined power of the Collective and practice powerful breathing techniques to connect with our bodies, focus our minds and expand our awareness. We will begin with some gentle movement to awaken the physical body and prepare for our breathing practice. The breathing practice may vary from session to session. It will be a guided practice consisting of measured inhales, exhales and holds. It may also include the use of specific bandhas or locks to help move our energy through the body. Following the breathwork we will move into a guided meditation with journaling as we continue shifting our mental energy and prepare for a 45-minute crystal bowl sound bath.

Our intention for this event is that you have an experience. What kind of experience is totally up to you! Through intention, deliberate breathing and meditation, we will create an energy field that has the potential to facilitate the experience of non-ordinary states of awareness. No prior experience necessary. No outside agents needed. All of this work is done with your breath and your mind…and a little help from the crystal bowls!

The bowls are tuned to 432Hz, the Earth’s resonant frequency, as well as the 7 primary chakras. The specific frequencies of the bowls cause the cells in our body to vibrate facilitating the release of stuck and stagnant energy. As this ‘old’ energy begins to move and shift, ‘fresh’ healing energy begins to circulate through the mind, body and Spirit promoting deep, multi-dimensional healing.
