Flexibility & Flow from ground to air! This workshop includes exercises blending warm up with martial arts, yoga, and ballet techniques, as well as foundations for aerial acrobatics including Splits, Backbends, and alignment for all levels.

3:00 - 4:00 pm - AERIAL INNOVATION - Hammock, Lyra, & Silks

Rethink what is possible with evolving  techniques for adaptation on air - creative choreography, smooth sequences and exclusive Urban Circus tips and tricks for transitions and Aerial R/Evolution - beginner and advanced options available, open to all levels.

EVENING PROGRAM - CIRCLE OF SKY II

Learn climbs, wraps, drops and tricks from around the world with Urban Circus on Vertical Silks - adaptations for beginner to advanced students, from the basic climb to secrets for success in complex movements

 8:15 - 9:15 pm - AERIAL DUO - Creative Choreographies & Partnering on Air

From the absolute basics of basing and flying to advanced mirroring and aerial duo sequences, we will explore the Dynamics of sharing space and wright with others in flight - learn to fly better, together (Note: no partner necessary to attend, techniques will be taught for all levels!)
