Our new virtual youth coaching program!  A place where girls can connect with other girls their age and a coach to share emotions, develop strategies to overcome challenges and stresses, gain valuable life lessons, and support others.  As a youth and parenting coach, I help to support girls to navigate the ups and downs of growing up. This platform allows girls to feel safe and comfortable while creating a sense of community and connection with other girls with similar challenges. Topics covered during our group coaching sessions may include

Location: Zoom

In order to join in you will need a computer or tablet that has an internet connection and a webcam.  There is no cost to join our Zoom meetings. For security purposes, we have taken precautions to keep our girls safe. Attendees will be placed in a waiting room before given access in, and we will lock the room once everyone arrives to maintain a safe environment. Girls will need to keep their cameras on during our session.
