While helpful, these online programs lack the guidance and expertise needed in order to keep your teens focused and injury-free.
With the right guidance, at-home cross training can be extremely beneficial for teen athletes. Cross-training is an essential tool to not only improve speed and stamina, but to also increase muscular conditioning that would otherwise be impossible during the regular season.
This program provides LIVE, in-person, training where teens can ask questions, get feedback, and receive corrections in real time. Each class will vary its focus between aerobic conditioning, strength work, flexibility, stabilization, and balance to keep things fun, fresh, and exciting for our teens. Class size is limited to 6 participants to ensure that each teen receives proper one-on-one instruction.
This program is ideal for gymnasts, dancers, basketball players, football players, soccer players, and tennis players ages 14-18.
