If so, please join Maggie Mae Anderson in this six week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation course. This course is aimed at making meditation accessible to everyone and busting the myth that meditation is the ceasing of all thought. 

Each week we will focus on a different aspect of mindfulness followed by a guided meditation and then a question and answer period ensuring that there is space to clarify what has just been presented and practiced. Maggie Mae creates a welcoming, friendly and warm environment making these techniques approachable and easy to explore. She has been studying with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach in their two year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and is excited to share her learning and the ample benefits of mindfulness meditation with others.
