Based on the book by Christel Wendelberger, Mindful Gratitude: Practicing the Art of Appreciation, this two-hour workshop is designed for anyone interested in enhancing resiliency, reducing stress, strengthening relationships, and building a greater sense of well-being in the midst of life’s challenges.
Now more than ever, it’s essential to care for your mental and emotional health. Join us for an opportunity to retreat, reflect, and recharge in this virtual workshop as we learn how to incorporate easy practices of mindfulness and gratitude into our lives and work. We will use research-based wellness principles to help you relax, reframe the stories of your life, and deeply appreciate the magic and meaning in our everyday experiences.
