Description
If you are new to yoga or you would like to go back to basics,
taking your practice at a slower pace, we recommend you book our
beginners course. This course runs over a half term block and helps
you learn the building blocks of yoga practice, discovering the
importance of breath and alignment as well as introducing you to
meditation and fundamentals of yoga philosophy.
Once you have attended a beginners course you may then wish to
try our varied classes on our timetable, however you are more than
welcome to attend another course if you prefer.
These classes may be available to attend using our regular
class pass booking system (booked on our classes schedule), however
priority is given to those booked on the course and their place is
guaranteed for the duration of the block.
Places are limited due to our beginners classes having smaller
numbers, so we recommend booking in advance.
Please note that refunds cannot be given for any classes
missed.
Classes set at £8 per session according to weeks in
course.
