Humanity is experiencing the most monumental shift ever experienced as we are Waking to the New Dawn! The energies are intense and trigger much turmoil as the upheaval of old patterns emerge.

Kristin Hendricks of Simply You will offer wisdom and insights regarding our recent events to help you gain a broader perspective of our current concerns. This information will alter your awareness and enable you to navigate the times with a deeper understanding of the process we are in. Trudy Shea of In-Balance Life Coaching will then lead you through a compassion-based guided meditation for inner-reflection. The journey inward will allow for stillness and calm to balance out the chaos. This session will assist you in feeling empowered to move forward with confidence, groundedness, and hope. Join us as we build unity to support the change!

After the conclusion of this session, you will receive resources to continue deepening your insight:

- Kristin will offer individual card readings for each participant from her favorite resource, Wisdom of the Oracle. This intimate reading will give you a divinely inspired message for what is needed for your personal path.

- Trudy will send everyone an electronic recording of a unique and special sound-healing meditation that can be used over and over again to soothe your soul.

- All partipants will get a follow-up email with a PDF of the Key Aspects shared so that you may spend your time relaxing and absorbing during the event.

This is an online event presented through Zoom. Once you register, you will receive an email with the Zoom link 24 hours in advance of the event.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS

Trudy Shea is a life coach and healer. Her passion is guiding individuals who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and grief toward transformational change. She believes that helping people move forward with transformational change includes mind, body, and spirit integration. In addition to using traditional dialogue and goal setting methods, she also uses Sound Healing, Reiki, and crystal work to clear auras, energize the chakras, and rebalance the body.
