Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) is a powerful meditative technique that promotes physical, mental, and emotional relaxation in the body.

This practice will start with a very brief and mental yoga flow to help calm the body and ease the mind. Practitioners will then go into savasana and be gently guided into a state of light sleep, while the conscious mind stays partially awake.

This form of meditation is accessible to everyone and will help you to relieve stress, decrease anxiety, improve your mood, and increase your overall health and well being.
