Over 6 weekly classes, you'll be alongside other novices, discovering yoga in a fun and safe space.
The practice builds week-by-week, providing a solid foundation and allowing you to come to safely practice at home, and fully enjoy our regular yoga classes, workshops and special sessions upon completion.

Prior to the course, please lookout for our awesome Yoga for Beginners booklet guide that will be sent to you up to a week before the course begins.
For the first week of the course, please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, and allow for you to meet and chat with your course teacher, Trudi and fill out our New Client form.
