Part 2. Sankalpa - Using the practice of Yoga Nidra and breath as your guide into a present and mindful state, explore the Yogi way to set intentions for the year ahead and beyond.
Part 3. Rejuvenate - Open the body with a refreshing, uplifting sequence including heart openers, balance, inversions and mood-boosting postures.
