Three Keys Yoga is excited to announce a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training for 2023.  The training will be held at Three Keys Yoga in Summerville, SC.  Please call 843-376-4700 for more details. 

Training will be held in the Three Keys Yoga studio.

• 200-Hour RYT Tuition: Early Bird Rate —$1,700 paid in full before December 31, 2022

Full Rate—$2,000 paid in four installments of $500.  The first installment will be due December 31,2022.  The remining installemnts will be due January 31, February 28, and March 31, 2023.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot in the training.

Deposit will be credited against tuition upon full payment.

• Training will fulfill 200-Hour Yoga Trainings Requirements. Meeting days will

take place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from January to June.  (One or two weekends a month)

• 200-Hour Vinyasa Certificates will be delivered to each student upon

completion of all financial obligations.

Teresa Bulford Bio

Teresa found her way to the mat after almost 20 years of practicing law. She was a very busy trial attorney and after many years of living a highly stressful life, she became very ill. The physical illness forced her to spend many years in bed, and this took a tremendous toll on her mental wellness. Teresa almost lost all hope that her body would ever heal. She began seeking other resources to help her body recover, finally discovering meditation. Teresa’s dedication to meditation brought her to yoga, truly saving her life. Initially, her practice was very gentle--as she was so weak from battling illness for so long.

Then, the true power of yoga completely transformed her mind, body and soul. She decided to enroll in teacher training in 2015 to deepen her practice. The experience of teacher training opened her heart and her mind.  Teresa became passionate about sharing the lovely gift of yoga with as many people as possible. After graduating from 200 RYT teacher training in 2015, she immediately began teaching. Teresa started offering classes at The Yoga Loft in Summerville and at the Summerville YMCA. She began teaching classes at Crossfit in Summerville, at Coastal Coffee Roasters, Yoga and Beer at OakRoad Brewery and classes at Nexton. She currently teaches at Powerflow in Mt Pleasant and Ladies’ Choice Fitness, as well as providing private yoga sessions. She also teaches at The Salt Cave and provides private group sessions to the employees and students at Pinewood Preparatory School. Teresa also offers corporate yoga at Roper St. Francis and Trident Techincal College. 

Teresa believes that her yoga practice is a daily reminder to go within herself to find silence and connect with her inner guide, to trust in her body and find strength through struggle, and to recognize that through the beautiful practice of yoga, every person can return to love no matter what chaos is happening in the world. Yoga has created a sense of calm and ease in her life and has taught her to love herself just the way she is. Teresa believes that anyone can practice yoga, no matter age or fitness level. She teaches yoga to share this powerful practice with as many as she can, proving that it not only transforms your physical body, but it can also transform your life!  

Carol Ann Eastman Bio

Carol Ann is a wife and mother of four.  She recently changed careers from teaching high school English for nearly 20 years to a new type of teaching.  Now, she spends her days guiding yogis in their yoga practice, deepening their poses and enhancing their breath.  She wants every individual to know his or her true worth and importance in this world.  Yoga can bring each person to that enlightenment.  As a new studio owner, she hopes that Three Keys Yoga will allow the people of Nexton and Summerville to come together to form bonds of friendship, camaraderie, and community.  It is her dream that people come to the studio to Release, Repair, and Revive, while making memories and relationships that last a lifetime.
