During Kids Kamp Challenge® Your Kids Will Experience:
A FUN Workout. We know that kids just want to have FUN. We've made fitness fun by incorporating games and fast moving activies to keep their bodies moving and their brains entertained.
Nutrition Education. We begin to educate your Kid Kamper on proper nutrition by explaining healthy food choices in a simple and applicable way.
Stress Reliever. We will teach your Kid Kamper breathing techniques, proper body movement and stretching and how they can help relieve stress.
And Now Parents Can Join, Too! Moms, Dads, Guardians: Now YOU can join in on the fun and get your fitness on while moving like a kid, Woot!
