Restore and Rosé is a 75 minute Restorative and Meditation Yoga class to celebrate Valentine's Day! Each yogi will receive their own mini wine bottle to sip throughout class along with delicious chocolates to enjoy. There will be an hour of Restorative yoga, saving a much-needed meditation for the end of class. 

Props will be available at the studio if needed. If you have your own yoga props such as blocks, blanket, strap or bolster, please bring them to class. 

Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
