This mediation series is for those with a need to show their body love; to develop a relationship of gratitude and compassion for their physical form, and to unite with the holy essence of the Spirit residing within.

In American culture, we do not view our bodies as the sacred vessels they are. Instead we are taught to criticize every imperfection. Judge our shapes and sizes as wrong. Badger and bludgeon every roll, sag, freckle and flick. 

Just like you, I have not been exempt from the massive amounts of advertising marketed to sell me something to fix what I’m not. To give me something I am told I don’t have. This type of fear programming is immensely damaging and creates a lot of trauma to our psyches. In this class we are going to reverse the body-hate programming we have received and transform it into body-love.
