Roxy teaches Jivamukti yoga, an uplifting flowing practice. Roxy’s
passion & love for life & teaching can be felt in her
classes, which beam with joy, empowerment & inner strength.
West End singer, lecturer and breathwork practitioner Georgi
Mottram will then guide you through a breathwork practice a powerful
movement which helps to alleviate anxiety & trauma.
