SoulShine
is joining Hardywood (Scott's Addition) to kick off Oktoberfest for
Mind, Body and Spirit!
We will
start with a Nia class experience - easy peasy - no experience
required.
Our Nia
movement is inspired by Dance, the Martial Arts and Mindfulness
practices.
This
class can be a workout with the benefits of yoga. Join us to
experience if for yourself!
No dance
or yoga experience necessary; all levels of fitness are
welcome.
After
class - you are invited to stick around for delicious pizza from
the new Hardywood Pizza Kitchen and maybe even a beer!
