Part one: flow through a series of gentle yoga poses to generate warmth in the body and explore the use of mantras to bring your focus on to intention setting and nurture a positive mindset.
Part two: get cosy with props and blankets for a restful Yin practice to deeply relax and unwind.
Part three: cleanse your energy and balance your mind with a healing crystal meditation to close.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
