Welcome to our newest challenge - Badass Barbell Jumpstart!!
Spend 14 days with us learning how to execute barbell techniques like squats, deadlifts, overhead pressing and more! You'll improve confidence and have the accountability you NEED to jump start your wellness journey.
Let's face it... you've likely been putting off starting somehting for a while. Why? Cause you need support, accountability and a space that feels safe and judement free.
To sweeten the deal, you can bring your kids for FREE. They play and watch you be badass. You sweat an set an example for them without being interrupted every 5 mins.
